The later- the harder, this is what you can expect about Recruitment in Krakow in its immediate future, especially when you are looking for multi-language experts. Still not sure if this might happened?
There is a number of companies that have decided to start or even relocate their business in some less expensive locations, what clearly shows us that if someone is looking for the cheapest way of developing, he should rather consider Krakow. Moreover, in yearly prepared Tholon’s raport presenting the best places that let the outsourcing companies grow, Poland took the 9th place, making itselves the highest classified in Europe.
Even though there are a lot of new places to work, the Recruitment in Krakow isn’t getting any easier mostly because of the number of multi- language experts.
The biggest difficulties that The Technical Support Centers are struggling with, are these where technical skills are not enough and ability to speak fluent in several foreign languages is needed.
The discrepancy appears when you compare Technical Subjects Graduates with those who has graduated philological faculty. The firts ones are not having enough multi -language skills and the other group is not that good in technics. Both, internal HR and The Recruitment Agencies are supposed to not only face the issue but also find the golden mean. Searching for appropriate candidates has to get open for wider scales, in especial: wider geographically. Fortunately there are a lot of Spanish and Italian that are open for some job opportunities in Poland.
But what comes to my mind is a question of how long would that be enough? What if someday Recruitment in Krakow will have to face the fact that there are no more specific experts that might have been recruited?

There is a lot of young people in Cracow who are fluent in Dutch or some other European language but they do not have technical background. Similar thing is noticeable in recruitment for accounting positions that require other than English language skills.
What comes to mind is a hope that Polish Universities will develop technical or financial subjects with possibility of having some courses in one of less popular languages e.g. Swedish, Hungarian etc.
It is even more about having a chance to make your own choices, like if you want to get this course in other language than Polish. But the thing is, there might not be enough Tutors that would be able to provide students both with technical and language courses.
What do you think, how long Polish market would be able to fulfill recruitment needs in these areas?
