This time we decided to take a part in certification that improves our skills as recruiters. The Linkedin Certified Professional-Recruiter is dedicated to executive search consultants and researchers. During the validation you can verify your knowledge of the boolean search and moreover, your ability to track and contact the appropriate candidate via portal.
The LinkedIn is said to be one of the largest and fastest-growing world community that unites professionals from all trades.
There are only 5 recruiters in Poland that have already pass the examination and we are glad to inform you that the three of us are officialy Linkedin Certified Professional-Recruiters.

Being a part of such a specific sector as a recruitment is, we do not have much ways to improve our skill, but we are open for future opportunities. We keep an eye on the market, taking as much as possible to maximize our efficiency. Currently we are looking forward to the date of examinations of the rest of our team.
