The AI Stack – who does what best
ChatGPT is your generalist. Great for general tasks, generating images, making custom GPTs, and linking to enterprise systems. Covers about 80% of what you need. The custom GPT feature is awesome if you want something tailored to your company language and processes.
Gemini is the video wizard. Works well with Google Workspace and can do most general tasks like ChatGPT. But its real magic is creating videos. Perfect for employer branding or short culture clips.
Claude is all about human-sounding writing. Outreach messages, emails, long content – it just feels natural. It can also build mini apps like candidate evaluation tools or scorecards. Great for structured recruitment processes.
NotebookLM is your research sidekick. Upload audio, documents, resumes, LinkedIn profiles and it’ll synthesize everything into actionable insights. Offline-friendly and super handy for interview analysis.
Grok is the rebel. Searches LinkedIn, GitHub, public emails, basically anything publicly available. Use responsibly but if you need super-fast sourcing, Grok is a game-changer.
