Costs
We know how important cost efficiency is to clients who make use of our services. The costs of realizing a project depend on the requirements listed in the candidate profile, the position’s place within the organization’s hierarchy, as well as the characteristics of the market we will concentrate our search on. Warranty
We give out clients a 6-months warranty from the moment when the selected candidate commences work. If during that time the employer dismisses the candidate, or the candidate resigns, we deliver another candidate for the same position without additional costs. We scrupulously observe the rule of loyalty towards our Clients. Once a client employs our candidate, we do not offer a new job to the candidate as long as he/she stays with the company. We do not actively search for candidates among our Client’s employees.
